The best way I found to get free, like new Halloween costumes for your child or even yourself  is something most people don’t do anymore, TRADE. That’s right, trading is becoming more and more popular these days because most of us are trying our hardest just to survive the rising cost of living and we are falling back to doing things they way our parents or grandparents did them.

When I was growing up it was normal to have “hand-me-downs”, to get the neighbors bike, toys,  clothes, or costumes (in good condition) when they outgrew them.
